"What do we got? What do we got?!" is such an underrated line in Heat. The look of disgust on Pacino's face in that scene is priceless.

As for the "She's got a great ass" line, the way he says the second part is great... "and you've got your hea-aaaaaad ALL THE WAY UP IT!!!"

All in all, Heat may be the most underrated crime movie ever. Movies like Carlito's Way get more press, and I thought it paled in comparison.
